Every filter shrinks the circle of people, so you can see how rare your perfect match really is.
Instead of multiplying separate percentages, Naseeb Odds models US Muslims so that traits go together the way they do in real life: high earners are mostly degree holders, immigrants are more often married, and young women are more likely than young men to have finished college. The model is tested against every published figure it uses. The results are rough estimates for fun, not facts about any real person.
Estimates range from about 3.45 million (Pew Research Center, 2017) to 4.5 million (US Religion Census, 2020), with some newer estimates higher. Naseeb Odds uses 4.5 million by default, and the Conservative and Generous settings show the range.
